Drop off or we collect
Bring parcels to the nearest station (24 in Accra, 11 in Kumasi), or request a courier to collect from your shop. Scan and pay via mobile money — MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money.
We route and deliver
Intra-city via the courier mesh in short relay hops. Inter-city via a tracked van on the N6 highway. Morning van reaches Kumasi by 14:00. Evening van reaches Accra by 19:00.
Customer receives
Delivery to the door with SMS confirmation at every hop. Cash on delivery collected via mobile money. If not home, parcel waits safely at the nearest station — not a 15 km warehouse return.
Customer pays at the door. You get paid same day.
Your customer pays the courier via MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AirtelTigo Money at delivery. The courier confirms, the funds settle to you the same day — minus the delivery fee.
If the customer isn't home, the parcel goes to the nearest Relayed station — not back across town. We redeliver the next day from 2 km away. Cost drops from GHS 15 to GHS 3.
70–80% of Ghana e-commerce is COD. We handle all of it.
