About

We turn delivery into a network.

Relayed replaces call-based delivery in Africa with shared parcel lockers — couriers drop, customers pick up, and delivery no longer depends on coordination. We’re starting in Ghana, where parcels already move most.

01 / PRINCIPLESWhat we believe
01

We remove the coordination

Delivery here depends on phone calls — riders chasing customers, customers waiting on rings. We replace that with a shared drop point, so a parcel goes drop → store → pick up without anyone coordinating.

02

Infrastructure, not an app

The lockers do the work. They sit where people already are — universities, complexes, office hubs — and turn scattered, one-by-one delivery into a single reliable point.

03

Everyone is better off at once

Customers stop missing deliveries. Couriers stop chasing and finish more per hour. Hosts get a real amenity at no cost. Nobody has to be convinced — the network just works better for each of them.

04

Density first, then everywhere

We start where parcel flow is already dense and repeatable, and grow from there. The lockers run on solar, so the network reaches places the grid doesn’t.

02 / GHANAWhere we begin

Starting where parcels already move most.

We launch in Ghana’s densest delivery environments first — the universities, complexes, and office hubs where demand is constant and coordination is hardest. Each locker makes the next one easier to place, and the network grows from there across Africa.
