About

We build reliable endpoints for African delivery networks.

Relayed helps last-mile delivery providers complete more parcels per route by consolidating deliveries into dense, reliable endpoints. We’re a logistics infrastructure company in Ghana, with offices in Accra and the United States — strengthening the networks providers already run, not competing with them.

01 / ORIGINWhy we started Relayed

While working inside last-mile delivery operations, we saw contractors spend a significant part of each route calling recipients, searching for landmarks and waiting at delivery points.

The vehicles were moving. The parcels were moving. But successful delivery still depended on coordinating individually with every recipient.

We built Relayed so the route can end successfully even when the recipient is unavailable.

02 / PRODUCTWhat we are building

Relayed is developing a shared network of secure delivery endpoints that can be used by multiple logistics providers. Each endpoint concentrates parcel volume, increases contractor route density, and lets recipients collect on their own schedule.

The locker is the physical interface. The larger product is a network of dense, dependable routes.

03 / PRINCIPLESWhat we believe
01

Strengthen, don't replace

Infrastructure should strengthen existing providers, not compete with them.

02

The route shouldn't depend on the recipient

A contractor’s route should not fail because a recipient is unavailable.

03

Density drives economics

Higher parcel density creates better delivery economics for everyone.

04

Shared beats duplicated

Shared infrastructure is more efficient than every provider building its own network.

05

Fit how delivery already works

Products should fit how delivery happens locally, not the other way around.

06

Evidence guides what we build

Evidence from real operations should guide what we build.
