Your couriers. Our stations. More coverage. Less cost.
You already have couriers and customers. You don't have coverage in every zone, a way to eliminate empty returns, or an alternative to the bus for inter-city. Relayed gives you all three — on pay-per-scan terms, no contract, invisible to your customers.
“Damaged, wrong destinations, missing, delayed.”
— Delivery company ops manager · 400+ deliveries/day
6 out of 6 interviewed operators confirmed inter-city depends entirely on the bus. Not one was satisfied. One operator has 50 unassigned parcels/day because they can't cover every zone. That's GHS 1,500 in rejected revenue daily.
Your courier has a parcel going to a zone you don't cover. Instead of rejecting the order, your courier drops it at the nearest Relayed station. The mesh routes it. A local courier delivers. You keep your delivery fee. You pay GHS 5.

Your couriers. Your customers. Your brand.
Relayed is invisible to your customers. Their SMS says your company name. Their receipt shows your logo. You control pricing, tracking UX, and support. The mesh is infrastructure you run on — not a competitor they see.
- CouriersStill yours — independent contractors you dispatch.
- Customer UXYour app, your SMS, your brand — unchanged.
- PricingYou set end-customer delivery fees. We just scan.
- RoutesRoute however you want. Use us where it helps.
- DataYour delivery data stays yours. We see scan events only.
- Q01What counts as a scan? +
- Each handoff point where your courier touches the network: drop-in, pickup, cross-dock. One parcel can generate up to three scan events depending on route length. You see every scan on the dashboard.
- Q02Who handles the parcel in the mesh? +
- Relayed owns chain of custody from the moment a parcel is scanned in at a station until it's scanned out to a destination-leg courier. Every station has electronic locks, CCTV, and 24/7 cellular tracking.
- Q03What if a parcel is damaged or lost in the network? +
- Claim through the dashboard within 48 hours. Automatic cover up to GHS 500 per parcel, higher with declared value. Damage or loss is materially lower on tracked chain-of-custody routes than on passenger-bus transport.
- Q04How do we get paid for inbound deliveries? +
- Your couriers who collect incoming parcels from a Relayed station earn GHS 15 standard / GHS 25 for out-of-zone. Paid weekly via mobile money. Dashboard shows pending + paid in real time.
- Q05What's the contract? +
- Pay-as-you-go. No monthly minimum at tier 1. Volume tiers kick in automatically based on previous month's scans. Cancel any time — no fees, no retention clauses.
- Q06Our customers see your brand? +
- No. Relayed is invisible to your customers. Their SMS says your company name, their receipt shows your logo. The mesh is infrastructure you run on — they never know it's there.
